Lauren Davis- Care Liaison/Office Manager

Lauren joined Consolare in 2013 as the Care Liaison and Office Manager for Dr. Bordinko. Her medical career began in 2009 with a medical practice management and billing company while completing her undergraduate degree. She accepted a full time position with their team in 2011 upon completion of her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California.

During her time in San Diego she participated in and completed an internship with Sharp Memorial Hospital, Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns and Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital. She made connections with patients on various medical paths with Arts for Healing and assisted with Spiritual Group Therapy.

With the numerous developments in healthcare, she wished to pursue a career with an emphasis on personalized care-where true relationships with clients are formed. The Consolare model provides the compassion, care, respect and focus for each client that she was looking for. As longevity and consistency are vitally important to the practice and Lauren's philosophy of care, she is enthusiastic and optimistic of a deep-rooted future with Consolare.

Outside of Consolare, Lauren takes great interest in her outside activities. She enjoys various forms of exercise including hiking, weight training, cardio, dancing and yoga. She is an avid sports watcher, exclusively baseball and football. Finally, she is passionate about music of numerous genres and singing.

Jake Coyle - Licensed Personal Trainer

Jake joined the Consolare team in early 2014 as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. He has been a licensed Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2009. His bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness with a Minor in Nutrition was received in 2014 from Arizona State University.

Stephanie Howland – Physical Therapy

Stephanie became a part of the Consolaré team in 2014 and holds a Master’s of Physical Therapy degree. She graduated in 1996 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Prior to attending physical therapy school she worked as an athletic trainer here in the valley covering two high schools and working part time in an outpatient therapy clinic. For the past 18 years she has worked as a contract therapist in outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout the valley and just recently began to contract with home health therapy.

"I really love all aspects of my job. I love to meet new people and form relationships. I love to help people ‘get better’. I love to educate patients on how they can make small changes in how they move that can make big changes in how they feel. I love manual therapy and working on specific areas of restriction to help free up soft tissue, reduce pain and/or allow for better motion. I feel really blessed to be in this profession."

Stephanie has been married for 19 years and has four children that keep her busy. She is involved in her children’s school and in her community. She has sat for the past four years on a committee for Ronald McDonald House Charities where her husband was a board member for several years. In addition, she is an avid runner and loves to hike.

Jeri Davis RN, MBA

Jeri joined Consolare in 2011 as a nurse consultant. She has worked with Dr. Bordinko in caring for their patients at their home as well assist the practice in a variety of capacities. Jeri has a Bachelor's in Nursing from Southern Nazarene University and a Master's in Business from University of Phoenix. She has practiced nursing since 1988 years in a variety of clinical and healthcare business roles. Her expertise lies in intensive care and pain management focused nursing as well as triage. In her free time she enjoys singing and everything that involves Major League Baseball.

Kehart Flom- Racoma MSN

Kehart has been with Consolare since 2014 and received her Bachelors and Masters of Nursing from Arizona State University. Her major topics of interest include Wound and Ostomy care as well as Diabetes management and education alongside her Research Fellowship. She is currently back at Arizona State University studying for her Doctorate of Nurse Practice to become a Nurse Practitioner focusing on Adult and Geriatrics In her spare time, which is not much, she enjoys traveling and family time.
